My homepage describes who I am and what I am about. It also serves as a portal to my varied professional interests.

I am a change activist and business coach working in the recruitment solutions, talent management and related fields. I describe myself as an advocate for process improvement specializing in organization, product and service innovation, and marketing too. But, I guess you could just call me an opportunist.

I am most interested in helping people solve problems related to finding, attracting, hiring and retaining talent and demystifying the recruitment process/business. I am also interested in blogging as a medium, particularly for the talent management and recruiting space.

This blog was started in June 2006 with the intention of helping me become more involved in the online discourse about my work-related passion and interests.

Unless someone else is writing it, the opinions expressed here — right or wrong, like them or not — are entirely my own. I am a citizen-blogger!

In addition, my thoughts and opinions often change. As a blog, my posts are intended to provide nothing more and nothing less than a snapshot in time. You really shouldn’t consider out-of-date posts to reflect my current thoughts and opinions because they may not. Also, some links end up going nowhere over time. If you find an expired link would you please let me know?

If you are going to plagiarize, bastardize or otherwise use my original work for your own noncommercial use would you please be nice enough to credit me as the author?

Enjoy my blog. If you find it useful, or have any suggestions for making it better, please do let me know.

Thanks…

Ami G.
